I’m Erwann Lanteri--Enée, a fullstack developer. I’ve worked with Thales Alenia Space, the Yacht Club de Monaco and the property-management SaaS Ublo — from Flutter mobile apps to Elixir middleware.

Since September 2026, I’ve been a database administrator at Capital Banking Solutions: SQL Server for the banking sector, stored procedures, SQL code review and injection-risk analysis.

What I enjoy most: starting from a concrete business need and shipping a tool that is simple to use, solid on the data side and easy to evolve.

  • Built an Elixir middleware connecting client systems to Ublo’s property-management SaaS.
  • Automated tenant-account sync from CSV files dropped on an SFTP server, creating missing accounts.
  • Monthly invoice processing: split a global PDF per tenant and import each invoice into the tenant’s space.
  • Generated return files to trace every processed operation.
  • Enabled a gradual move to Ublo without disrupting the client’s existing tools.

Mobile app for the Yacht Club de Monaco, built with Flutter, Swift and Kotlin and published on the App Store. I integrated STID access control for secure door opening, and contributed to both the backend and the frontend.
